Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Transfer to Sipi Falls and afternoon Sipi Falls hike tour.
Depending on your time of arrival at Entebbe International Airport, you will be welcomed by our driver guide who will brief you about the safari and then embark on the journey Eastern Uganda through lush Mabira forest, magnificent towns, landscapes, markets and farmlands, and local communities to Sipi falls.
On arrival at Sipi Falls in the afternoon, you will go for an invigorating hike for 3 hours to the top of the falls through breathtaking landscapes and rugged terrain with steep hills, deep valleys, and long winding roads that will give you panoramic views of the countryside and also offer you an unforgettable experience.
Sipi is a series of three waterfalls that measure 100m high, 75m, and 85m, during the hike you will enjoy ecstatic views of Mount Elgon and the Karamoja plateau area.
Besides hiking, friendly gorilla safaris can be organized for optional adrenaline-pumping and exhilarating activities such as abseiling, mountain biking, and rock climbing that will have your heart racing and leave you physically and mentally refreshed.
Or you may opt for relaxing activities like a coffee tour or sunset walk that will give you everlasting memories.
You will then check in at the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 2: Transfer to Pian Upe & afternoon cultural community visit Tour
After having your breakfast, you will check out of the lodge, meet the driver guide, and transfer to the Pian Upe game reserve for a cultural and wildlife experience. Upon arrival, you will check in at the lodge, have lunch, and then go for the intriguing cultural tour of the neighborhood communities.
During the nature walk in the community, you will meet local people and learn about their majestic culture, traditional marriages, and way of living, visit their stunning homesteads, and farmlands, listen to their ancient stories, enjoy their traditional dances among others that will immerse you with unique cultural diversity experiences.
You will then go back to the lodge for dinner and an overnight stay.

Day 3: Full-day game drive in the Pian Upe Wildlife Reserve
You will have your breakfast early in the morning and then go for a guided sunrise game drive with a glimpse of the rays of the sunrise while looking out for the early risers including the hunting cheetahs, hyenas, as well as animals like jackals, roan antelopes, zebras, buffaloes, dik-dik, Oribi, baboons, patas monkeys, and many others, actively grazing in the savanna reserve.
The game drive will also give you spotlights of colorful birds like Ostriches, secretary birds, and yellow-billed shrikes among others, and thereafter drive back to the lodge for lunch, relax, and later go for the sunset game drive.
In the evening, you will go for a sunset game drive where you will see most animals gathering to go back to their hiding shelter as you enjoy great views of the sunset and the nocturnal like cheetahs, and hyenas set off hunting.
You will return to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Day 4: Transfer back to Kampala.
This is the last day of the 4-day Sipi Falls and Pian Upe wildlife safari. After an early breakfast, at 7 a.m., you will drive back to Kampala with stretching road breaks for lunch and enjoy the great views of the beautiful scenery and landscapes.
The driver guide will drop you at Entebbe or any other convenient place depending on the time of your flight.
